Ingredients
For the craven:

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 ane/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or chunks

For the gravy:

- three tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or one/4 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1/ii teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- ane-ii tablespoons nonfat obviously Greek yogurt (or use sour cream)
For serving:
- Hot mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet (with a chapeau) over medium estrus. Add onion and sauté for about five minutes, until softened.
